Match report An enthused 13 under !!cs turned up to play an well drilled 9 Old Belvederians at MCC. Captain of the day Elliot lost the toss and MCC was put into bat. Solid defence was shown by most batsmen with MCC losing only 2 wickets in their total of 31. Hesitation in playing shots and running are the next focal points for the coaching staff. Elliot top scored with 7 no. MCC bowled well but without luck and Old B scored 64-2. In the field a new bowling star was uncovered with Christopher Deacon taking both wickets 2-0-3-2. Mathew Jeffery Carrick was named player of the week, although on loan to Old B he showed substantial improvement over the last 3 games.
