Match report In the Senior 2 Cup 1st Round, Malahide 2nd XI took on Balbriggan 1st XI in Balbriggan. Balbriggan batted first and made a solid 253-8 with Harper (70) and Kear (56) propping up their innings. Good bowling from Ryan (2-46), Neil (2-35) and Alan (2-32).

In reply, Malahide never got going and were bowled out for 119 in 36 overs with only Willie (31) providing real resistance.
