Match report The under 15 girls extracted revenge for a recent cup defeat with a solid win against RU. Railway's inning got off to a terrible start when Meabh removed their opener with a clen bowl that broke the bail in the process. 5 more wickets fell with bowling figures of 3/8 for naoime, 1/3 for Sorcha, 1/9 fpr Meabh and 1/15 fpr Fiona who all bolwed 5 overs each. Excellent fielding from all ensured that the total to chase was 46 to win.

The opening pair of sorcha & caoimhe soon took to the RU attack and put on 45 before Coaimhe retired on 26 leaving Fiona to come in and hit the winning run.
Sorcha remained unbeaten on 16. So a good start to the league.
