Match report A really good performance by the U13B's to round off their League Campaign for 2011. A very disciplined bowling perfomance restricted Phoenix to 73 with Gavin Dalton (1 for 8), Ravi Gollapolli (1 for 8) and Riley Shoebridge (1 for 17) were the pick of the bowlers. In reply, Malahide got off to a slow start as the Phoenix attack bowled some excellent lines. After 12 overs with the Malahide total on 22, the target of 74 seemed a remote prospect but a great partnership of 31 between Gavin Dalton and Riley Shoebridge accelerated the scoring , this was followed by another excellent partnership of 23 between Gavin And Sean Drumm which saw Malahide over the line with 2 overs to spare. Gavin Dalton made an excellent 26no and Sean Drumm finished on 16no including hitting 2 4's in the 17th over which really pushed Malahide toward the target.
