Match report Malahide Utd were our opponents on Friday, these guys really love their cricket as this is the second match this season by agreement.

Malahide batted first and after a slow start scored 129 P Connolly 20, R Condron 20, D Smith 22, and B Saville 13 not out.

Malahide Utd lost early wickets but were kept in the game by some friendly bowling and scored 100 after 20 overs.

A BBQ after the match was enjoyed by both teams our thanks to Fran Reyonlds and Conor O Donoghue Chefs. The Soccer Club won the drinking match as they were still drinking long after the last Taverner had left.
