Facing The Hills in the U11A Cup Quarter final malahide lost the toss and were asked to field. MCC bowled and fielded with maturity with Oliver Carrick, Wilhelm de Klerk, Jack Grant  and Sam Foster bowling with great accuracy.  However it was the fielding that set the mark on the match. Starting with Daniel Cramptons fine catch at Mid off and then the team taking the next three chances with great poise. Pembroke were resticted to 79 for 7 off 20 overs.  Jack Grant opened the batting pulling and hooking well. Wilhelm smashed his way to 25 retired before Oliver Manks crashed a few boundaries to win with overs and wickets to spare.  MOM Jack Grant
