U11A won their first round cup match against Pembroke thanks to a solid display from Wilhelm de Klerk.  Bowling first Malahide had a dominate day in the field. Four wickets including an all bowled hat trick to Wilhelm and three wickets to Oliver Manks led the bowling.  There  were 3  run outs to Daniel Crampton, Oliver Carrick and Sam Foster.  Sam also bowled 4 overs of impressive leg spin.  Pembroke were limited to 37 all out in the 19 over.  The MCC chase started poorly loosing a wicket first ball but that was all the reward for Pembroke as Wilhelm smashed 24 (retired).
