Ronan McGeehan 25* steered a very unsteady ship home for a one wicket win against Merrion 4's at Anglesea Road.  Conor Gibbons was at the other end and did his part with a solid single  forward defensive.
This was in response to Merrions's 161  all out.  Toronto bound Willie Richardson bowled a fine spell of leg spin with 4/38 in 8 overs.  Openers Chris Siddell and Gibbons (1/11 in 8) played a significant part in restricting the Southsiders to a very gettable 161 on a sticky wicket but a lightening outfield.
Hamish  Manks continued his good form with 37.  Desmond Horstmann 25, Stephen Rubbathan 25 and Siddell 22 also scored.
