While Fintan and Callum were compiling their monumental 200 stand on the main pitch Brian Gilmore 73 and Mick O'Brien 70 were putting together their own 100 partnership on the top pitch. In a top of the table clash, the 3's scored 254/9 in 45.  Brisk tail end knocks from Richard Brown 29* and Chris Siddell 29 ensured a challenging total was set for the league leaders.
Once again the bowlers stepped up to the plate. Openers Siddell 3/28 and Conor Gibbons 4/33 bowled their 9 overs straight through and skilfully rumbled the table toppers. Brown 2/3 and Hamish Manks 1/11 mopped up on a good day for the Village.
