Malahide girls racked up 135 runs with ease against Leinster who could only respond with 43 runs in return. This was due in part to great bowling particularly from Alex Brackfield 2 for 4 and Kate McKenna 0 for 1. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come as this was only the first game in the league.
