Clondalkin were inserted on the Top Pitch in a game reduced by rain to 25 overs per side.  Tea was taken before play.  The west Dublin team were bowled out for 144 off 24.2 overs.   The bowlers continued their form.  Joe Jennings gathered pace and bowled his 5 straight through with figures of 1 for 12.  The Vikases, Gulati 2/25 of 4 and Purbiya 0/29 off 5, Suhaib Naseem 2/20 and teenage leg spinner Jared Leonard 3/34 off 4.2 kept the score within range.   Brian Gilmore 37 and Nick Ashwell 24 provided the impetus with an opening stand of 56.  Sean Drumm clipped a breezy 13. And then enter Ben Askew 22 and Marv Russell 27* who as near saw the game home with intelligent attacking play.  Giving the 4ths a much need 4 wicket win.
