Youngsters Adam Doyle and Liam Lydon turned the game on its head with outstanding bowling displays on the top pitch.  Lydon (17) did the hard yards from the Castle Avenue end where he stemmed the flow of runs with an accurate spell of away swing with figures of 8 overs 2 for 26.  At the other end Doyle (14) stole the show with 6.1 overs of off spin and 6 for 19.  Slieve Bloom were 111 for 2, chasing 146 and coasting.  Then Doyle and Lydon weaved their magic ending with the 4s winning by 4 runs. Earlier Joe Jennings 42 and Mark Duffy 26 laid the foundations.  Vikas Gulati added a quickfire, invaluable 23. Addullah Rana (64) and Waqas Khalid (39) top scored for the men from County Offaly.
