Knockharley were the first visitors on a busy, sunny Saturday in Malahide. The home team's selection very much changed due to a clash with the U13A Team and the usual absentees due to holidays at this time of year.

So just 4 of today's team were from the U13 Boys squad with the rest of our team borrowed from the U11's boys and U13 girls. But what great performances from all of the newcomers to the U13 Boys with useful runs added by all the team. Pacey and straight bowling from Mathew Langan, valuable wickets from Elena and sharp keeping and fielding from Karla kept the visitors in check, but some big-hitting from Knockharley ultimately produced more runs than the home team.

A big thanks though to Mathew, Jack, James H, Karla, Elena and Maya who all performed excellently today in a fun and good spirited game against a stronger team.
