Christmas Day was a bit warmer for Cameron than the rest of us, temperatures were in the high twenties even in the Mountains. With the Christchurch Leagues taking a break for the holidays, Cameron travelled down to Twisel in New Zealand's Southern Alps where he spent a few days with Will Kindley and his family at their house. Will is now studying at Otago University in Dunedin and is still playing plenty of cricket putting into practice all the skills he learnt during his Summer at Malahide CC in 2015.

Cameron's club in Christchurch, Old Boys Collegians CC, have just won the Canterbury Metro Premier League Final against Riccarton CC which is where Fintan McAllister played in his couple of seasons Down Under. After Christmas the 2 day multi-innings competition starts up again in Christchurch.
