Match report An early start for the U13cs as we headed down to Carlow to play at their new grounds in Carlow IT College. Malahide won the toss and elected to bat. We lost some early wickets but got back on track with some lovely boundaries from Ellis (31) and Noah (18). We finished on 137 with the loss of 7 wickets (net 102). Carlow got off to a good start but our bowling was very tight with wickets from Oscar, Willam and James McG (1 each) and 4 run outs. We restricted them to 125 with the loss of 7 wickets (net 90). A good win for the boys by 12 runs. The game was played in a lovely manner as we lent fielders to the Carlow side and our boys were acknowledged for the spirit in which they played the game. It was great to be involved in a very memorable day for Carlow Cricket Club,
