Match report After being asked to bat, Railway scored 241 for 8 with Farook scoring 112. Wickets were shared around with Sam Cassidy taking 3. In reply Malahide got off to a flyer, going at eight an over for the first six, until we were reduced to 113 for 5. A partnership between Mick O' Brien and Richard Reed brought Malahide back to needing 7 an over. Good bowling at the death picked up a couple of wickets and with 20 needed off two and 15 off one, Malahide fell eight runs short with eight wickets down with Richard finishing on 55no.

Result: Malahide 2nd XI lost to Railway Union 2nd XI by 8 runs
