Match report Easy Win for U11B Boys

The U11B boys team comfortably beat The Hills on Sunday July 10 by 60 runs.
Electing to field first, Malahide bowled 20 very tight overs leaving The Hills on 53 for 4. Rory Govan and Cormac Burke both starred behind the stumps. There were very few wides and fantastic maiden overs from Killian Burke, David O'Halloran and Zac Woods. Ryan Court, Eoghan Buckley, Cormac and Rory all got wickets and Jacob Whelan and Diarmuid Burke did great work in the field. When it came time to bat, Malahide quickly put the match beyond doubt with good knocks from Ryan (12), David (15), Eoghan (22), Zac (18) and Matt Kavanagh (5), finishing on 123 for 6.

This was a great team performance, the best of the season so far. Well done boys!
