The Club are currently seeking to recruit a Head Coach/Director of Coaching for the 2016 season to design, implement and lead the coaching strategy for the club. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and delivering coaching for the men’s and ladies teams and will mentor and direct other coaching staff including the CDO (Cricket Development Officer) and Academy Manager to establish a high calibre coaching structure for The Club and to ensure an effective “road map” to sustain development from youth to senior cricket.

Ideally applicants should :-

1. Hold at least an ECB/UKCC Level 3 (desirable) coaching qualification (or equivalent).
2. Possess at least 3 years’ senior coaching experience.
3. A track record of developing and implementing effective strategic coaching plans in a cricketing context.
4. Excellent communication, organisational and management skills.
5. Either currently or previously have played cricket to at least 1^st XI standard at Club Level.

This is a new and exciting position that will provide a key leadership role for 2016 and beyond as the club continues to strive for cricketing excellence both on and off the pitch.
