A tremendous semi final was played at Rush in the u11 cup. Batting first MCC put on 99 for 1 in their 20 overs.  Jack Grant made 28 retired and Oliver Manks 25 retired.  In the field MCC started very well, running out Rush's best 2 bats (good fielding from Sam Foster and Elliot Manks). When Alex Moore caught and bowled the 3rd wicket the game was in the balance.  However a good partnership of over 50 from the next 2 bats wrestled the game back to Rush. Oliver Manks bowled one and the other retired. It was then down to the last over.  Alas the boys could not defend and an inside edge for 4 off the penultimate ball was the difference.  A very proud display from the whole team.  Well done to all.
