Malahide 1st XI were first out of the hat in the draw for the new Senior League Cup. We will be in group A along with YMCA, North County, The Hills, Railway Union, Phoenix and Dublin University.

The format of the competition will be 50 over matches, played in Coloured Clothing and the eight teams that finish in the top four places of each group will take a place in the Premier League for the balance of the season.
