New Women's Coach

Malahide CC are delighted to announce the appointment of Paris Crowe as the Women's Coach for 2018. The Tasmanian all rounder brings a wealth of experience, a positive mentality and enthusiasm to the position.

Paris has represented Tasmania for several years after winning The prestigious Kim Fazackerley medal for the states top player back in 2015, where she scored over 700 runs @ 87, and took 17 wickets @ under 11 a piece.

Chair of Cricket, Gary Stewart said, "Paris brings a lot of personality and drive to the role. We've spoken at length over the last few weeks and she has a clear vision for what she wants from the team."

The 23 year old left hander, Level 2 qualified coach will join the club in April, as part of her European travels.

Chairperson Ciaran Keohane added, "we made a commitment at the AGM to really focus on women's cricket this year, there is a really strong nucleus of a team already, and  Paris can help take us to the next level.

The club would like to thank Women's Selection Chair Alun Brophy and Mary Waldron for their efforts in securing the appointment of Paris.
