Malahide U11a win against Clontarf in the first round of The Cup. Clontarf won the toss and put Malahide to bat. Malahide scored 123 for the loss of 5 wickets. Both Josh Moore and Daniel Crampton had to retire having scored 25 and 26 respectively.

Clontarf scored 105 for the loss of 7 wickets, so Malahide won the tie by 18 runs.

The match was played in fantastic hot sunshine.
